- Miles has a fanart
Sketchbook hidden under his mattress that he’s absolutely dying to show people but he’s too shy.
- Brooklyn Middle had a Career day event where people were supposed to bring their parents in to talk about their jobs. Miles begged his mom to do it, but Jefferson Insisted. His presentation was half a ‘scared straight’/bad cop lecture and half informative puppet show ft. McGriff the Crime Dog. Miles died.
- Before the spider bite Miles almost always lost The Floor Is Lava but has now risen to be the undefeated champion. He is very smug. Ganke has to weigh the satisfaction of ratting him out as a cheater vs the prestige of being besties with Spider-Man and it’s a very close call.
- Miles uses the web shooters basically like duct tape any time anything breaks (which, with his new boulder-breaking super strength, is more often then he’d like to admit).
- Miles spends months needling Aunt May to let him try Peter’s motorcycle, but she insists that he has to wait until he gets his license. Which will Absolutely Never Happen Young Man, Do You Know How Many People His Mom Has Seen Brought In Because of Those Death Machines?
- Miles uses his new invisibility powers to prank Ganke when he thinks he’s alone in their room. Ganke responds by buying an extendable swiffer so he can sweep the corners of the ceiling for his asshole best friend.
- Miles starts pre-preparing ‘from your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man’ notes to stick on criminals he’s webbed up. They get more and more elaborate, to the point that he starts having trouble letting go of them and tries to convince his dad to get them from the police station once the investigations are over (Jefferson is trying to be supportive but that’s still evidence, Miles).
- Whenever Miles feels overwhelmed he goes down to his No Expectations mural in the subway and sings to himself. The acoustics are really nice.
Inspired by framed insect collections, this collaborative project by Coey Kuhn and Shy Custis draws on occult themes for a series of pins suitable for wear or display.
With cohesive motifs and colors across the series, you can mix and match pins into your ideal arrangements for framing, or into fitting combinations to wear with the day’s outfit.
This series includes specialty additions like stone inlays, collar chains, and moving parts. Pledge now to help fund our first two sets, share with others to help unlock the rest!
For logistical reasons, pins are only available in sets through this campaign; all unlocked pins will be available individually on our shop after being funded, however at higher prices without the same set discounts.

Behold the tomb of Aeolis, the cheerful little dog, whose loss to fleeting fate pained me beyond measure.
Raeda[r]um custos numquam latravit inepte. nunc silet et cineres vindicat um- bra suos.
This guard of the coaches never barked unsuitably. Now he is silent and his shade protects his ashes.
How sweet and friendly she was! While she was alive she used to lie in the lap, always sharing sleep and bed. What a shame, Midge, that you have died! You would only bark if some rival took the liberty of lying up against your mistress. What a shame, Midge, that you have died! The depths of the grave now hold you and you know nothing about it. You cannot go wild nor jump on me, and you do not bare your teeth at me with bites that do not hurt.
Portavi lacrimis madidus te nostra catella, quod feci lustris laetior ante tribus. ergo mihi, Patrice, iam non dabis osculla mille nec poteris collo grata cubare meo. tristis marmorea posui te sede merentem et iunxi semper manib(us) ipse meis, morib(us) argutis hominem simulare paratam; perdidimus quales, hei mihi, delicias. tu dulcis, Patrice, nostras attingere mensas consueras, gremio poscere blanda cibos, lambere tu calicem lingua rapiente solebas quem tibi saepe meae sustinuere manus, accipere et lassum cauda gaudente frequenter
Bedewed with tears I have carried you, our little dog, as in happier circumstances I did fifteen years ago. So now, Patrice, you will no longer give me a thousand kisses, nor will you be able to lie affectionately round my neck. You were a good dog, and in sorrow I have placed you in a marble tomb, and I have united you forever to myself when I die. You readily matched a human with your clever ways; alas, what a pet we have lost! You, sweet Patrice, were in the habit of joining us at table and fawningly asking for food in our lap, you were accustomed to lick with your greedy tongue the cup which my hands often held for you and regularly to welcome your tired master with wagging tail.
